Agreement to terms
By using this website or engaging Melit Media for any service, you agree to these terms. If you are using our services on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company. We may change these terms; continued use after changes means you accept the updated version.
Services
We provide digital marketing services such as SEO, PPC, social media, content, web design, and CRO. What we do for you will be set out in a separate proposal or contract. We may change or stop offering particular services with reasonable notice.
Fees and payment
You pay us as set out in your agreement or invoice. Invoices are due by the date shown. Late payment can lead to interest or pausing of work. We do not guarantee specific marketing results; fees are for our time and expertise.
Your cooperation
We need timely access to accounts, data, and decisions to deliver. You agree to provide accurate information and to use our work in line with applicable laws.
Liability
Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us for the relevant services. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for results we cannot control (e.g. algorithm or platform changes).
Ownership and use
You keep ownership of what you give us. We keep ownership of our methods and tools. Work we create specifically for you (e.g. copy, designs) becomes yours once you have paid in full, unless we agree otherwise. We may use anonymised examples in our own marketing.
Ending the engagement
Either side can end the engagement with 30 days written notice unless your contract says otherwise. We can end it immediately for serious breach or non-payment. On termination, you still pay for work done and any committed spend.
7. Termination
How engagement can end:
- Either party may end the engagement with 30 days’ written notice, unless your contract states otherwise
- We may terminate immediately if terms are seriously breached
- Non-payment of due fees may result in suspension or termination
- We may end the relationship if we reasonably believe continued work would breach law or regulation
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales unless we agree in writing to a different approach.
